Course Objective

This course introduces the skills of leadership (the first step) and is designed to provide new leaders with an introduction to the skills and knowledge required to effectively manage and communicate with their team.

Target Groups

Aimed at newly promoted supervisors/team leaders. Discussion is prompted from real life case studies and scenarios from participants who find themselves stepping into a leadership position.
