When it comes to the people responsible for the training of your staff, we always look for some core ingredients; a passion for training, a history of relevant and authentic employment in the industry and significant experience in training delivery.

Civil Train nationally has been delivering qualifications to the Civil Construction Industry for more than 15 years. In fact, Civil Train as part of the Civil Contractors Federation (CCF) was the first RTO to deliver the initial civil construction qualification Plant Operations in 1992. Not only did we deliver the training we were also involved in writing the package.

All of our Trainers have come from within the industry with many years of civil construction industry experience. It is this experience that allows our Trainers to fully relate to your trainees on-site.

Nationally, the CCF as an industry body, has experience developing learning and Trainers’ resources which have been written by industry for industry. We pride ourselves on the delivery of industry knowledge and the experience that can be gained by your trainees.

Unlike some RTO’S, we back up all theory delivered lessons with on-site visits to ensure competency within various units of the training course. Theory alone does not form the basis of competency for the Civil Construction Industry.

When selecting an RTO to deliver your training choose the RTO that you know has the industry’s interest at heart, not one that wants to make a quick dollar! Choose an RTO that will grant a certificate of competency that ensures your obligations as an employer will be met.
