Enrolment Terms

1.      Where two working days or less notice is given or there is non-attendance or the participant is 15mins or more late for starting time of the course; full cost will apply. No late admittance to class under any circumstances.
 
2.      Should any of the nominated participants be unable to attend a training course, the company/person may substitute another participant at any time prior to the training commencing, providing the new participant holds the same eligibility as the original participant.
3.      All participants are required to provide basic personal protective equipment relevant to course (steel cap footwear, eye protection, hats and high visibility vests for outside activities). The required PPE will be noted on confirmation of the course booking.
4.      Civil Train SA reserves the rights to cancel or postpone a course to an alternative date. All participants affected will receive a full refund or offered the opportunity to transfer to the next available training course.
5.      Civil Train SA will provide a subsidised fee if you supply your Construction Industry Training Board CITB Identification Number prior to training.  Please allow 5 week days for your CITB ID number to be processed. To apply please contact the CITB on (08) 8172 9500 or www.citb.org.au.
6.      CITB subsidy is only valid upon successful completion of the training program. Failure to meet the criteria will result in payment in the full cost of the course.
7.      Construction Industry Training Board Funding Eligibility Registration Responsibility lies solely with the client.  Failure to meet the criteria will result in payment of the full cost of the course.
8.      Certificates, results and learning materials will only be issued on receipt of payment in full.
